UPLOAD SPRING BOOT PROJECT WITH MYSQL TO A SERVER

Hi im looking for a server to publish my project mysql with spring boot. I been searching and searching but tbh i dont understand how to publish. I heard about railway, render, etc. But i dont know if there is an option to publish both mysql and spring together or not. And if there is some free server to publish my mysql db. Does anyone know about some of this? Aprecciate any suggestion!
