AUC drop while move Logit function (statsmodel) to Logistic regression (SkLearn)

While changing logit function(statsmodel) to logistic regression (sklearn), my AUC is dropped from 68% to 62%. I don’t know why?. Could you please help me on this.

I have totally 61 variables and contains mixed of both binary & continuous variables.

My prevalence rate is 5%.
