Exporting from Template

Ok, I have to export and keep track of some information in a .tpl file and produce a script. I have no clue how to do so primarily because I don’t know how to extract that information from the 2nd line of the tpl. Any help would be appreciated

The first two lines by the way are purely just meta data line three holds the opening tag for the document
