Freelance Marketplace Design

Hey folks, hy there I am software developer and have knowledge of Java(spring boot) and javaacript(react and angular).
I want to make freelance marketplace where buyers provide their requirements of projects and suppliers(freelancers) make bid having particular skills.
I want latest design which should be implemented in React or angular and backend in java mainly spring boot.
