Machine Learning and Java: Let’s pick the best library

We all know Java for it’s amazing compatibility with all Operating systems and overall stability. It’s a fantastic language every developer working in a Object Oriented Programming Based job should learn.

However, as of now, only Python really hit the charts with all these fantastic libraries for Machine Learning, and as I personally hate Python I ruled out the possibility to use it as a programming language in my project.

After further search on the internet, some figures started appearing more often. These particular libraries are what I wish to debat.

Is Weka the best option or is there somehow a way to implement TensorFlow into Java.
